We’re hiring a Remote Hardcore Software Engineer to join our ambitious team at DualEntry. This role is designed for those who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and finance. As a Remote Hardcore Software Engineer, you will have full ownership of your projects and be expected to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of software development projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with a small elite team to innovate and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Work intensively to meet project deadlines, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Adapt quickly to new programming languages and technologies as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by pushing for excellence.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in software engineering, regardless of specific programming languages.
  • Strong ambition and a desire to excel in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work 9am - 9pm, 6 days a week.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping software quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

  • Experience in AI or finance-related projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $350,000 per year.
  • Equity compensation between $150,000 and $350,000.
