What You'll Do

• Own and scale omni-channel paid marketing strategies across D2C and B2B audiences.
• Lead the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns to enhance member acquisition.
• Design and implement testing roadmaps including ad creative, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, maintaining dashboards and producing actionable insights for optimization.
• Identify partnership opportunities across all channels to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Manage budgets and targets, providing visibility on attribution and unit economics.
• Support content and referral tactics while nurturing a growth mindset across product and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale.
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Tableau/Looker, and other reporting tools.
• Experience managing budgets and performance reporting across large campaigns.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with lead generation strategies.
• Experience in both D2C and B2B marketing funnels.
