About the Role

What You'll Do

• Own financial reporting and analytics, ensuring accuracy and trustworthiness of our financial metrics.
• Partner with Team Leads to manage departmental budgets and drive financial accountability.
• Build dashboards and develop KPI frameworks that provide clear insights into financial performance.
• Answer critical business questions by turning raw financial data into understandable reports.
• Collaborate with our Head of Data and stakeholders across the company to enhance our financial decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a financial context.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
