About the Role

As a key member of our data team, you'll partner closely with finance and leadership to drive business decisions and accountability.

What You'll Do

• Own financial reporting and analytics, ensuring accuracy and trustworthiness of metrics.
• Collaborate with Team Leads to manage departmental budgets and drive financial accountability.
• Build dashboards and develop KPI frameworks that highlight key business insights.
• Manage budget cycles and provide insights that influence decision-making across the organization.
• Act as the bridge between raw financial data and business understanding, translating complex data into clear insights.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a financial context.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Experience with financial reporting and analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.

Nice to Have
