About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Finance Expert in Crypto to join our innovative team at xAI. As a key player, you will enhance our frontier AI models by providing high-quality annotations and expert reasoning in the dynamic world of cryptocurrency and digital assets.

What You'll Do

• Utilize proprietary labeling tools to deliver precise evaluations and annotations for AI tasks related to crypto.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to refine and create new AI tasks, focusing on cryptocurrency markets.
• Apply your deep domain knowledge to tackle complex problems in quantitative crypto strategies.
• Conduct on-chain analysis and evaluate DeFi protocols to inform decision-making.
• Engage in perpetual futures & derivatives trading, and cross-exchange arbitrage.
• Analyze market microstructure in fragmented venues and execute MEV-aware strategies.
• Leverage machine learning techniques to generate crypto alpha signals.
• Manage portfolio and risk in high-volatility 24/7 markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance with a focus on cryptocurrency.
• Strong quantitative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving instructions and deliver precise critiques.
