Remote Field Marketing Manager - DACH Region

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region to lead our marketing initiatives and drive demand generation strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance brand awareness and execute multi-channel campaigns effectively.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement field marketing strategies tailored for the DACH region.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
• Manage and execute events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to generate leads.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Oversee budget management for marketing activities and campaigns.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and ABM strategies.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Knowledge of the DACH market and customer preferences.
