- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
- Streamline decision-making by distilling complex information into focused action lists.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Support the CEO in managing competing demands and priorities effectively.
- Bring an exceptional work ethic, stamina, and follow-through to the role, especially during periods of intensity.
- Meet challenges with grit and heart, ensuring that the CEO’s time and attention are optimized.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to filter and contextualize competing demands.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
