About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to support our Co-CEOs at Merit America. In this role, you will help manage complex calendars, coordinate executive travel, and streamline operations to ensure our leaders work as efficiently and effectively as possible. What You'll Do

  • Manage the Co-CEOs' complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings.
  • Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Streamline operations by implementing efficient processes and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are available.
  • Act as a liaison between the Co-CEOs and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Assist in project management tasks as needed, supporting the Co-CEOs in their strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support the team in achieving organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to the mission of Merit America and passion for workforce development.
