• Collaborate with Sales and Product Strategy teams to align on customer goals and drive revenue retention.
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers, understanding their unique challenges and providing strategic guidance.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues to exceed success targets.
• Oversee the implementation of new campaigns and integrations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
