FireMon is seeking a Remote Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you will formulate and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and new customer acquisition. As a key player in our sales team, you will leverage FireMon’s product capabilities to meet the needs of potential clients, ensuring our strengths align with their requirements. This Remote Enterprise Account Executive position is perfect for individuals who are results-driven, customer-focused, and innovative in building both internal relationships and external partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and execute an account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Build, nurture, manage, and support new sales while upselling existing customers in the assigned territory.
  • Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts, focusing on CIO and CSO levels.
  • Collaborate with peers across various functions to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct a high volume of sales activities via calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Work as part of a sales team to achieve quarterly territory sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a competitive market.
  • Strong selling skills into enterprise accounts with an understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage a large volume of customers.
  • Outstanding presentation and closing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security products.
