What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3-6 engineers, providing both technical guidance and mentorship.
• Contribute directly to code and architecture, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Implement modern development practices to enhance team performance and efficiency.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
