What You'll Do
- Review and analyze lease contracts and funding packages to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for client onboarding and KYC processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create user manuals and detailed reports.
- Collaborate with project management teams to streamline business processes and improve documentation workflows.
- Provide troubleshooting support and technical communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Documentation Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with lease contracts, loan documentation, and client services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SWIFT and XML.
- Experience in project management or software consulting.
- Knowledge of the leasing life cycle and customer service best practices.
