• Lead initiatives to expand our real estate portfolio and enhance profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate partnerships or related fields.
• Strong network within the San Diego real estate community.
• Proven track record of achieving performance-based targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $135,000.
• On-target earnings (OTE) estimated between $200,000 and $225,000+ including bonuses.
