About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager for Blockchain Integrations to join our team at Anchorage Digital. This remote Engineering Manager role is pivotal in leading a high-performing team responsible for the secure and scalable interaction with numerous blockchain networks and assets. You will be at the strategic core of our operations, ensuring that we build the most advanced digital asset platform for institutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of engineers, focusing on their personal and professional growth.
• Drive operational excellence and refine the engineering roadmap to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate our roadmap into reliable systems.
• Take ownership of the quality of execution, ensuring timely delivery and impactful outcomes.
• Work closely with Product Managers to align product investment with technical capabilities and team bandwidth.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams, particularly in a remote setting.
• Experience in building complex distributed systems, with a strong focus on code quality and test infrastructure.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Go, Rust, TypeScript, and Solidity.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
