What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the design organization, mentoring a team of product designers and user researchers.
• Establish a strong design culture that prioritizes craft excellence and accountability.
• Define and evolve a cohesive design vision that aligns with user needs and product strategy.
• Actively contribute to high-impact design initiatives and critical product moments.
• Champion user-centered practices, ensuring that user goals are at the forefront of design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction through compelling design narratives.
• Manage and support the user research team, ensuring actionable insights shape product direction.
• Govern and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and accessibility across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling design teams in a product-driven organization.
• Strong design point of view with the ability to make strategic trade-offs.
• Deep experience in shaping end-to-end product experiences across multiple surfaces.
• Ability to fluidly transition between strategic vision and hands-on execution.
• Track record of influencing product direction through design narrative and user insight.
