About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Zencastr. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive insights and influence business decisions. As a Remote Data Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and proactively identifying risks and opportunities that can enhance our core business metrics.

What You'll Do

  • Own reporting and dashboarding for core business metrics, ensuring clarity and accessibility of data.
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively flag risks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Standardize metric definitions and documentation across the organization.
  • Deliver recurring and one-off analyses that influence business outcomes and strategies.
  • Contribute to building a data-driven culture across the organization, fostering collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Remote Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, data hygiene, and reporting.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data insights clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based data processing.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and dashboarding software.
