About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Technician to join our innovative team at SkySlope. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to real estate professionals, ensuring that their experiences with our software are seamless and effective. As a vital part of our support team, you will respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, contributing to the success of nearly 300,000 users across the United States and Canada.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Build rapport with customers while troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining strong communication throughout the resolution process.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the software support department by supporting team members and sharing knowledge.
- Become a subject matter expert on the SkySlope platform, confidently resolving customer issues.
- Identify, test, and escalate website issues to the QA team as necessary.
- Utilize downtime effectively to complete tasks assigned by department leadership.
- Maintain a fluctuating volume of incoming tickets while supporting other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in providing high-level customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with both Microsoft and Mac platforms.
- Proficiency in using various web browsers.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
