Seasonal Server (Evening Shifts) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Server (Evening Shifts) to join our team at Mercure Pont d’Avignon. As a Seasonal Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients enjoy their dining experience, making this a rewarding position for those who thrive in a hospitality setting.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and set up dining areas for group events, ensuring all details are attended to.
• Provide attentive service to guests during their meals, focusing on group dining experiences.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of room service trays for individual guests.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle some physical tasks, including moving tables and chairs between rooms.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional English language skills for communication with guests.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work evening shifts from 15:15 to 23:00 or 16:15 to 00:00.

Nice to Have

• CAP/BEP certification in hospitality or related fields (optional).
• Experience working with group events and catering services.
