Remote Customer Support Representative - West Coast Hours
About the Role
Comply is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team, working West Coast hours. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our technical support and product teams, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will help clients navigate our compliance SaaS platform, manage account activations, and gather valuable feedback to enhance our services.
What You'll Do
- Set up and configure new client accounts on the Comply platform to ensure a smooth activation process.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer account activation implementations, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, identifying discrepancies and accurately uploading information into the Comply platform.
- Prioritize and manage incoming customer support cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Document support case details in our tracking system and communicate project status updates to clients.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Development teams to represent customer needs effectively.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of work experience.
- Willingness to work multiple shifts during West Coast hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient troubleshooting and resolution skills.
- Experience in a high-volume call environment or customer support role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems, SaaS technology, and MS Office is advantageous.

- Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in the financial services sector.
