What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
• Utilize CRM systems such as HubSpot to track customer interactions and manage support tickets.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in order operations and support sales operations as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.
