About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Knowledge of accounting processes and cash collection.
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
