About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met. As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes and cash collection.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
