Remote Commercial Account Representative - Cybersecurity Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Commercial Account Representative to join Illumio, a leader in cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our commercial sales growth and exceeding sales quotas. As a Remote Commercial Account Representative, you will build relationships with mid-market clients and partner sellers, contributing to our mission of combating ransomware and breaches.

What You'll Do

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for your assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan with a target prospect list and regional sales strategy.
  • Build and nurture an ecosystem of partner sellers and SEs who are excited about Illumio and actively selling with you.
  • Partner with marketing and inside sales teams to generate pipeline and qualify opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and partners.
  • Lead ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and aligning Illumio’s solutions to their IT roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Executive or equivalent role within the IT industry.
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue goals and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and Zero Trust principles.
  • Experience selling with partners and managing a network of partner sellers.
  • Executive-level relationship management and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed support organization using virtual specialists.
  • Willingness to travel 20–50% depending on business needs.

Nice to Have

  • Successful track record of selling to the C-suite with a strong rolodex of contacts in the region.
  • Experience in a fast-paced company with the ability to adapt as needed.
