About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team at HONK. In this role, you will leverage your relationship-building skills and product knowledge to support our strategic partners in the automotive industry. As a Remote Client Success Manager, you will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and value from our platform, enhancing their customer experiences and operational workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide training and documentation, setting clear expectations for ongoing support.
  • Develop engaging training materials and deliver sessions to empower customers in using HONK’s platform effectively.
  • Drive account growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Facilitate regular working sessions with clients to provide hands-on support and share best practices.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as net revenue and utilization rates.
  • Review support case trends and collaborate with Support and Engineering teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Conduct strategic account reviews to analyze performance and provide insights for increasing platform value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex customer issues with empathy and urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to various stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Asana, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Passion for solving complex business problems with tailored solutions.
  • A proactive, consultative mindset with a commitment to long-term relationship building.

  • Experience in the automotive or roadside services industry.
  • Familiarity with customer experience workflows.
