Remote Client Retention Specialist - Financial Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Client Retention Specialist to join our Customer Success Team at Beyond Finance. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping clients navigate their financial hardships and ensuring they remain engaged with our services. Your mission as a Remote Client Retention Specialist will be to provide support and education to clients, helping them understand the value of their financial decisions while fostering long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

• Educate clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship programs and assist them in understanding their options for becoming debt-free.
• Handle inbound calls from clients, providing empathetic support and resolving any issues they may face.
• De-escalate upset clients by actively listening to their concerns and offering solutions that align with their needs.
• Work closely with at-risk customers to help them realize the value of their enrolled program and encourage continued participation.
• Document client interactions and feedback to help improve our services and client experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or client retention roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients facing financial difficulties.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and think critically to provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with financial services or debt management is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
