Remote Business Manager - Property Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Business Manager to oversee our property operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and excellence in our property management processes. As a Remote Business Manager, you will work closely with various teams to ensure optimal occupancy rates and compliance with financial policies.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards.
• Oversee vendor management and resident relations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize property management systems to track financial performance and occupancy metrics.
• Prepare financial reports, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including accounts payable and invoicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client services effectively.
• Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with OKR execution and revenue operations.
