- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Demand Generation teams to optimize lead generation processes.

- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously learn about the healthcare industry and our technology to effectively communicate value to clients.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and Medicare systems is a plus.
