  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously learn about the healthcare industry and our technology to effectively communicate value to clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and Medicare systems is a plus.
