Remote BIM Modeler - Architectural Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote BIM Modeler to join our innovative team at Sanctuary. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about architectural design and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic, remote environment. As a Remote BIM Modeler, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining architectural BIM models that reflect our commitment to wellness-centered communities.

What You'll Do

• Create, update, and maintain 3D architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Translate design inputs, sketches, and markups into construction-ready models.
• Produce and update plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details for construction sets.
• Integrate structural and MEP inputs into architectural BIM models.
• Identify and resolve basic coordination and clash issues.
• Contribute to renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations.
• Assist with site layouts and master planning coordination.
• Support preparation of regulatory and compliance submissions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Revit with an architectural modeling focus.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and basic clash detection.
• Exposure to tools like Dynamo or Twinmotion is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to evolving project needs.
• Able to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with a U.S.-based architecture firm.
• Comfortable in a production-heavy, architecture-led environment.
