About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media & Content Executive to join our vibrant team at Signet Collection. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while capturing the essence of our hotel through engaging content. As a Social Media & Content Executive, you will be responsible for bringing our hotel to life across various social media platforms, showcasing the beauty and atmosphere of our establishment.

What You'll Do

• Spend time in the hotel each week capturing authentic moments that reflect the hotel's charm.
• Attend events, tastings, live music nights, and special occasions to create engaging content.
• Create and post regular Stories and short-form video content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and beyond.
• Showcase the people behind the hotel, including team members, chefs, and guests.
• Highlight seasonal changes, menus, local partnerships, and community events through captivating posts.
• Write post captions that align with Signet's brand standards and tone of voice.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a sense of community.
• Pull data for weekly reporting on performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of your content.

Requirements

• Local resident with strong ties to the community.
• Creative individual with a good eye for photography and video.
• Natural storyteller who enjoys capturing atmosphere and engaging with guests.
• Confident in chatting with people and making them feel comfortable on camera.
• Organized enough to plan content while remaining flexible to capture spontaneous moments.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, events, or local culture.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic editing apps.
• No formal marketing qualification required; creativity and enthusiasm are valued more than corporate experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of photography and video editing software.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or events role.
