Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or benefits administration, preferably with UKG Pro.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to support employees effectively.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
