About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote AWS Technical Architect to join NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, where you will redefine the future of business through cutting-edge AI technologies. As a Remote AWS Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure customer success in implementing Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash clients.
  • Conduct technology assessments and audits to evaluate the ROI and outcomes of transitioning to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
  • Facilitate business process reviews to gather customer requirements and streamline operations.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and its capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative AI-powered solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise in AWS services to optimize cloud architectures and enhance system performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and AI technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials for clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an AWS Technical Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in cloud architecture design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in AWS architecture or cloud technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce integration and solutions.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of business process optimization methodologies.
