About the Role

We are seeking a Remote AVP Group Account Director to join Precision AQ, a leader in Market Access Marketing. This remote role requires candidates to work Eastern Standard Time hours. As the AVP Group Account Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping client strategies and enhancing market access for groundbreaking treatments in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. You will collaborate with teams to ensure our clients' missions of improving patient care are met effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple workstreams delivering sold projects, managing key activities, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
  • Liaise with clients regularly to ascertain strategic brand direction and ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Identify obstacles and provide solution-oriented ideas to clients and internal teams for effective implementation.
  • Participate in strategy development discussions, showcasing a deep understanding of market access and client needs.
  • Oversee business development efforts, ensuring delivery of managed market services across various projects.
  • Mentor and develop the Account Services department, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Travel to client meetings as necessary to manage expectations and ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client strategy, preferably in health or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of market access marketing and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering projects on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.
