Compounder - Fragrance Manufacturing (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Compounder to join our team at CPL Aromas. This Compounder remote position offers the opportunity to work with the largest fragrance-only fragrance house in the world, where creativity and innovation are at the forefront of our operations. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of the fragrance industry by accurately weighing out synthetic and natural aroma chemicals, oils, and powder chemicals according to established formulations.

What You'll Do

• Accurately weigh out raw materials according to formulations while adhering to company SOPs and health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and workspaces.
• Utilize FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology for raw material usage.
• Ensure that completed jobs are combined and check-weighed before packing.
• Document all job completions on BMS and relevant paperwork.
• Report any errors or spills immediately to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures diligently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic team player with excellent self-motivation.
• Good IT skills; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Strong numeracy and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in fragrance or chemical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
