• Utilize reservation systems such as Delphi and Opera to process bookings efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in inventory management and revenue management strategies.
• Provide support for guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Engage with guests to promote hotel services and upsell packages.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
