About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Remote Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer success, and ensuring the retention of our valued customers. What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients across the EMEA region, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in account management and sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Experience in the EMEA market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with payroll implementation and operations.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google AD Manager.
