We are seeking a talented and driven Remote Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. What You'll Do

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in account management and sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Experience in the EMEA market is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with payroll implementation and operations.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google AD Manager.
