Requirements

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as a Remote Account Executive.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both French and English.
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of payroll operations and HR industry practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
