About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Account Executive to join our dynamic B2B SaaS team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets as a Remote Account Executive.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and address client needs.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product team based on client interactions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Attend local in-person social events to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of payroll operations and accounting principles is a plus.
  • Experience in the HR industry is advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of cloud data security and enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in strategy consulting.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
