About the Role

What You'll Do

- Lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care.
- Support the Director of Nursing in implementing care plans and evaluating resident needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in a nursing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Certification in a specialty area (e.g., gerontology, pediatrics).
