Regional Institutional Manager - Middle East (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Institutional Manager to join Anchorage Digital, a leader in the digital asset space. This remote position focuses on driving growth and establishing high-value relationships with financial institutions in the Middle East. As a key player, you will be integral to our mission of enabling institutions to participate in the evolving digital asset ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Originate and develop relationships with financial institutions, focusing on stablecoins and other digital asset services.
- Generate new revenue opportunities and drive organic growth by enhancing wallet share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute account plans that align with client needs.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain visibility into client opportunities and sales pipelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions tailored to client priorities and pain points.
- Lead client-specific campaigns to enhance Anchorage Digital’s offerings and drive new business.
- Participate in industry events to build a network and represent Anchorage Digital as a brand ambassador.
- Work autonomously to manage the entire lifecycle of deals from origination to closure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management within financial services.
- Strong technical knowledge of stablecoins and banking, with a passion for digital assets.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and regional languages preferred.
- Ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic circumstances.
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate Anchorage Digital’s unique value proposition.
