Region Manager - Remote Operations Management

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Region Manager - Remote Operations Management to join our team at Summit School Services. In this role, you will oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring the highest level of transportation safety and quality service. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization while working remotely from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Coach and advise General Managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Business Development to expand our market presence.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with our customer base, ensuring their needs are met.
• Monitor business results and ensure compliance with all contract responsibilities across the region.
• Develop and implement strategies for contract negotiations and customer engagement.
• Analyze financial statements and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure that employee relations plans are executed effectively and that all staff receive necessary training.
• Conduct special projects as requested by the Vice President of Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven leadership skills and industry-specific knowledge.
• Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting-based systems.
