We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator - Remote to join our team at TRM Labs. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent team and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the talent team by maintaining accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and Coordination Software (ModernLoop).
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline and improve our recruiting workflows.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure clarity and alignment on scheduling priorities and updates.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar) and Greenhouse (ATS).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to changing priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
