About the Role
We're hiring a Recruiting Coordinator remote to join our dynamic team at Employer.com. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
- Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules.
- Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company.
- Experience working for a US-based company.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using ATS Greenhouse.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT & Network Engineering recruitment.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
