Quality & Governance Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Quality & Governance Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the organization in strengthening and maintaining its Integrated Management System. You will ensure audit readiness, document integrity, and regulatory compliance, making this Quality & Governance Coordinator position vital for our operational success.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate preparation for ISO surveillance audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Maintain audit schedules and compliance calendars, tracking all necessary activities.
• Collate, verify, and organize objective evidence for auditors, demonstrating our commitment to quality.
• Manage corrective and preventative action registers, ensuring timely close-out of audit findings.
• Conduct a full review and clean-up of existing IMS documentation, removing duplicates and correcting version control gaps.
• Establish and enforce document control protocols, enhancing the usability and structure of our systems.
• Support compliance trackers for regulatory, legislative, and internal governance requirements.
• Assist with governance reporting, including risk registers and board-level reporting inputs.

Requirements

• Practical experience supporting audits, with a strong focus on ISO standards.
• Experience in document control and version management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems.
• Knowledge of compliance and governance reporting.
