What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Tosca.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in daily client interactions to discuss project requirements and updates.
- Implement best practices for open-source automation frameworks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-8 years of industry experience in QA Automation.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium, and Tosca.
- Familiarity with open-source automation frameworks and best practices.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Who Will Succeed Here
Proficient in Java and experienced in building automation frameworks, particularly with Selenium and Tosca, to ensure robust testing processes.
Self-motivated and disciplined to excel in a fully remote work environment, displaying strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab, demonstrating a proactive mindset in integrating automated testing into the software development lifecycle within Agile methodologies.
