About the Role

We are seeking a Provider Call Coach - Remote to join our team at MDLive. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the provider experience by leveraging insight, empathy, and data-driven strategies to foster improvements in service quality and efficiency. As a Provider Call Coach - Remote, you will be instrumental in driving measurable enhancements in provider call performance while working in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Drive measurable improvements in Provider Call performance.
• Partner closely with operations leaders to influence outcomes.
• Lead individual and group coaching sessions in a virtual environment.
• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for key initiatives.
• Provide real-time chat and cross-platform support.
• Design and implement new initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor quality performance through reporting and analytics.
• Foster a positive, service-focused culture.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Utilize quality tools for evaluations and audits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of Provider Call engagement or operations experience.
• Experience working in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and influence individuals and groups.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and knowledge of various systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools.
• Knowledge of call center operations.
