About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Marketplace Integrations to join our innovative team at ShiftKey. This remote position allows you to play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare staffing solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the integration roadmap and strategy for our middleware platform, ensuring that we continue to revolutionize the way healthcare facilities connect with licensed professionals.

What You'll Do

• Own the integration roadmap and strategy for our middleware platform.
• Clean up legacy systems into a cohesive API strategy.
• Partner with engineering teams to execute the technical vision.
• Build observability and diagnostic tools for revenue teams.
• Manage competing interests between internal product priorities and external partner needs.
• Define and track success metrics for integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or Marketplaces.
• Ability to discuss API design and troubleshooting with engineers.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with distributed engineering organizations.
• Track record of collaborating with external partners.
