• Prepare design-ready assets using templates to maintain brand consistency.
• Maintain brand files, creative libraries, and campaign folders for easy access.
• Support Google account provisioning and access setup for new employees.
• Assist with social media and email marketing support to enhance our outreach.
• Track deliverables and update status reports for ongoing campaigns.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

• Prior remote work experience is essential.
• Fluent with remote collaboration tools and comfortable in a virtual environment.
• Experience supporting marketing teams in a VA/Coordinator capacity.
• Strong skills in Canva and basic design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
