About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Proposition Manager Digital to join Lely North America in a fully remote capacity. As a Proposition Manager Digital, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful launches and sales of Lely's Software and Data solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of farming through innovative technology.

What You'll Do

• Support the successful launches and sales of Lely Software and Data solutions through effective product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Lely International Business Team Digital and North America Sales Manager to ensure alignment and success.
• Establish strong relationships with interdependent departments to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Promote software and data products to prospects and external influencers, showcasing their benefits and value.
• Provide forecast support for all Software and Data products, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
• Evaluate product placement for the development of new products, contributing to the innovation pipeline.
• Support sales teams in achieving budget goals through effective product training and support.
• Travel approximately 25-40% of the year to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Dairy Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of business management experience, preferably in the agricultural technology sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of agricultural software and data techniques.
• Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively as a proactive team member.
• Professional leadership skills with the ability to educate and train others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
