About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Proposal Coordinator I to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Proposal Coordinator I, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts through effective proposal management and coordination. What You'll Do

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in proposal coordination or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of environmental services and compliance standards is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with federal proposals and understanding of RFP processes.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Previous experience in sales support or business development roles.
