Property Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team at ICF Habitat. This remote opportunity allows you to manage properties effectively while contributing to the community's well-being. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our residential properties.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of living for tenants.
• Conduct property tours and assist in the leasing process to minimize vacancy rates.
• Address tenant inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive living experience.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work, monitoring the quality of service provided by external contractors.
• Manage rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with the finance team.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, promoting a welcoming environment.
• Represent ICF Habitat in interactions with tenants, upholding our values and commitment to service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role, ideally in residential management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to tenant relations.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken French.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently, including reporting and documentation.
• Technical proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A CAP in Property Management or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a remote working environment.
• Knowledge of local housing regulations and tenant rights.
• Additional certifications in property management or customer service.
