Project Manager - Environmental Services (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Heritage-Crystal Clean. This Project Manager remote position offers the opportunity to lead environmental services projects while ensuring safety and compliance. You will play a crucial role in our operations, helping to manage waste remediation and transportation services.

What You'll Do

• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed by all team members.
• Oversee the daily activities of field employees to meet project objectives.
• Develop work plans and coordinate resources with the Dispatcher.
• Conduct job walks to ensure safety measures are in place and provide necessary training.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly to maintain project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and customers regarding project status and contractual obligations.
• Manage project execution within budget constraints and timelines.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and manage safety reporting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Environmental, Remediation, or Industrial Services.
• A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is preferred.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations is a plus.
• Emergency response supervisor training is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM programs and environmental regulations is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
